Student Orders

If you wish to place an order we will require the following :-

For NHS Students

  • A letter from you confirming you will pay for the equipment
  • A copy of the list of equipment to be supplied
  • A delivery address
  • A contact telephone number

For Other Students

  • A copy of the LEA authorisation letter
  • A copy of the list of equipment to be supplied
  • A delivery address
  • A contact telephone number

These details can be sent to us by email, fax or post (details below).
