We have trainers based all across the UK and offer training in all aspects of software and hardware.
As part of our service we also aim to provide the most comprehensive setup and orientation.

This covers USB cables and configuring peripherals and software to work to your requirements.
We offer to register any manufacturer warranties that may have been supplied.
We check the customer is aware that the background and window colours can be changed as dyslexic or visually impaired users may find this of assistance to them. We also look at customising the menu and task bars along with font styles and size along with offering a general overview of the system.
Customers are advised to regularly back up their data and the best methods to employ to do this.
All our trainers are fully qualified in products ranging from Texthelp, Dragon, Dolphin Supernova MacSpeech and Claro, to name but a few. They are used to working on a one to one basis to fully maximise the use of training time on both the hardware and software. Whenever possible we tailor the training in relation to the end users specific needs.
All our trainers are CRB checked and a male or female trainer may be allocated to work with customers if necessary.
Our trainers prepare the training sessions in advance, in order to maximise the time spent learning and provide the best training possible. Customers will also receive training based on there individual learning styles, and all training sessions aim to provide a hands-on approach.
Trainers can also be contacted to provide clarification on any aspect of the training.
