This is why we offer bespoke support packages based on what you actually need, ensuring a return on investment and you receive the service you require.
We’ll offer an assessment of your current systems and, based on your current knowledge, teams, age of equipment and time scales, a support package will be offered to you.
If we are providing you with new equipment and systems, we will also offer you support to tie in with your IT refresh.
We understand that most businesses vary from each other in the support they need from their IT solutions provider. Some have a dedicated IT department who are employed to be on standby to fix any problems as they arise. Others have a limited in-house resource. Whatever your requirements, our options are designed to support whatever you need. From remote support from our office in Hereford, to telephone support and site visits, our three standard support packages; Bronze, Silver and Gold, can be negotiated to ensure you are receiving the support service you need to move forward.
Bronze: Telephone and remote
If you have IT issues, we will react to your call promtly and aim to solve the issues remotely.
Silver: Proactive 24/7 monitoring and on site support
We aim to prevent IT issues from occuring, but will visit you when necessary to resolve them.
Gold: Full Outsourced IT Support
We will react on your behalf to resolve issues. We can also work in conjunction with your existing software vendors such as Sage, ACT, Goldmine, Quickbooks etc. With our Gold Support Package we take complete responsibility for our customer’s overall IT requirements, managing day-to-day IT services, providing long-term advice regarding IT-related business issues, and delivering exceptional value.
All of the above support packages are subject to our stringent service level agreements (SLAs)
Some clients come to us for specific services such as network management or user support, whilst others see us as an additional flexible resource, working in partnership with the manager responsible for IT services, and complementing the in-house IT support team. Key Person Holiday Cover
Is your business system exposed when your IT manager or computer expert is away from the office? When your system manager or key IT specialist is on holiday, WBS Ltd can send a Technician to your site at an interval to suit you to provide scheduled or emergency support, or simply to have someone on site to assist users.
