Telemarketing / Telesales
Description:
We are currently looking for a telemarketing/telesales person. This is a business development role with progression opportunity into sales.
The person must have good telephone manner and rapport skills, with an aptitude and desire for a career in sales. The role will be a mixture of making calls to education and commercial people and gain appointments for the sales team, there will also be an opportunity to develop their own customer base and sell ICT related goods and services to those clients. The person would need to be able to easily commute to our offices, hours 8.30am to 5.30pm

Assistive Software Trainer
Description:
We currently have a position for an Assistive software trainer based at our main Hereford office.
The position involves visiting students at their residences and undertaking training on specific software as issued to them in as part of their DSA allowance. Previous knowledge of software packages such as Texthelp, Dragon and Inspiration would be desirable although not essential as full training will be given.
Remuneration and benefits dependent upon experience and candidate will need to hold a full UK driving Licence.
