The first step in purchasing a computer system is to decide on your specific hardware and software requirements. It is necessary to ensure the hardware you purchase is within your budget and capable of running your required software.

The WBS Sales team have the experience and knowledge to guide you through the initial process of purchasing a computer system, ensuring the hardware provided has the ability to run your chosen software efficiently and to the level of the software vendor's specifications.

When purchasing a computer you will be advised by the trained Sales staff as to software which is almost always necessary, such as Anti-virus and Anti-spyware software. This is essential to ensure the smooth-running of your computer system.

The Sales team is further divided into several smaller teams, together gaining the ability to deal with all requirements of the variety of customers below:

  • Private customers
  • Business and corporate customers
  • Students purchasing a computer with a Disabled Student Allowance
  • The Sales team also advise existing customers on upgrades in regards to software and hardware
