The WBS Sales team have the experience and knowledge to guide you through
the initial process of purchasing a computer system, ensuring the hardware
provided has the ability to run your chosen software efficiently and to
the level of the software vendor's specifications.
When purchasing a computer you will be advised by the trained Sales staff
as to software which is almost always necessary, such as Anti-virus and
Anti-spyware software. This is essential to ensure the smooth-running
of your computer system.
The Sales team is further divided into several smaller teams, together
gaining the ability to deal with all requirements of the variety of customers
below:
- Private customers
- Business and corporate customers
- Students purchasing a computer with a Disabled Student Allowance
- The Sales team also advise existing customers on upgrades in regards
to software and hardware
